Su Han will...
1) lean towards interventionism; because it is the duty of America as an established world power

2) predict how far other countries’ conflicts are going to reach, and act accordingly

3) maintain current alliances with countries, and strive to reach out to opposing countries and compromise with them

4) maintain a firm hand on countries that are acting out against the general plan for less conflict, and particular groups that are aiming to harm anyone and everyone around them (for example ISIS) will be top priority.
